Absolutely! We’re here to guide you through every step of the design process for Skoolie, van builder and conversions. Whether you have a clear vision or just a rough idea, we’ll work with you to create a layout and aesthetic that fits your lifestyle and needs. From floorplans to finishes, we’ll help bring your dream build to life.

No special license or commercial insurance is required for our conversions. Once completed, converted buses are titled and registered as motorhomes, making them easy to drive and insure like any standard RV. Converted vans can also be reclassified as RVs or kept registered as vans, depending on your preference.

We accept a maximum of 10% of the total project cost via credit or debit card. The remaining balance can be paid through ACH transfer, wire transfer, or cash. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment options, feel free to contact us.

Financing for tiny homes, bus and van conversions, van builders, and Airstream remodels can be difficult, as traditional lenders often don’t recognize these builds within standard mortgage or auto loan categories. We do not offer in-house financing or personalized financial advice.

Because of the high-end nature of our builds, many of our clients choose to fund their projects by selling their homes and transitioning to full-time life on the road. It’s a big decision — but for many, it’s a life-changing investment in freedom, simplicity, and exploration.
