Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nomad Nooks LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Nomad Nooks LLC (“Nomad Nooks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order enters production or is shipped.

Custom Manufactured Products

Most products sold by Nomad Nooks are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because production begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started unless approved by us in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all vehicle information, measurements, specifications, and selected options are accurate before submitting an order.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or product description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins.

By submitting payment, you certify that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders suspected of unauthorized payment activity or fraudulent activity may be delayed, canceled, or reported to the appropriate financial institutions or law enforcement agencies.

Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping times are controlled by the carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Nomad Nooks is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Delivery

Customers should inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this period may affect available remedies.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom manufactured specifically for each order, all sales are considered final unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Return authorization must be obtained before any product is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Product Fitment & Installation

Customers are solely responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Nomad Nooks is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, racing, off-road use (unless specifically intended), abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products are warranted only against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper vehicle fitment selected by the customer
  • Abuse
  • Accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear
  • Cosmetic damage after installation

Return authorization must be obtained before any product is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact Nomad Nooks before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not relieve a customer of the obligation to pay for merchandise that has been manufactured, shipped, or delivered.

If a customer receives merchandise and obtains a refund through a chargeback while retaining the merchandise, Nomad Nooks reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including recovery of the purchase price, return of the merchandise, collection costs where permitted by law, court costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Nomad Nooks also reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, shipping records, delivery confirmations, communications, and other documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or courts when necessary to investigate or resolve payment disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Nooks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of vehicle use
  • Lost income
  • Lost profits
  • Towing expenses
  • Rental vehicle expenses
  • Labor costs
  • Installation costs
  • Removal costs

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase from Nomad Nooks shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Pennsylvania. By placing an order, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
